Cancellation & Refund Policies

REFUND POLICY

Massage services: If a customer cancels 24hrs prior to appointment, they will be refunded in full. Customer will be charged the full amount of service booked if ”no show” or if cancellation is done less than 24h prior the appointment.
Gift cards: No refunds. Class packages: Class packages sales are final, no refunds will be provided. Client may transfer the class package to a family member/ friend if client is not able to complete a class package.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

All appointment cancellation must be made at least 24h prior to your appointment. Customer will be charged 50% of the amount of service booked if ”no show” or if cancellation is done less than 24h prior the appointment.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

All class cancellation request must be made at least 24h prior to the class reserved and once you cancel a class, the class is returned to your class package (if applicable) or is to be used at a future date; the class is not refunded. If cancellation is done less than 24h prior to the class or if ”No show”, there will be no refund and class will be deducted from package (if applicable).
